Mortgage Lending Down 19% as Cost of Mortgages Rises.

Our Client Profile:

Unsecured Loan Enquiries
We welcome leads where the client has been refused a consolidation loan or has significant unsecured debts. We also welcome general loan referrals as often the reason people give for a loan application is not the real one.

Failed IVA's
An IVA is not always possible. However, many clients still require assistance with their debts and would benefit from a debt management service.

General Debt Advice Enquiries
We welcome enquires where the client has unaffordable credit repayments and are seeking advice from a organization offering a choice of debt solutions.

Reporting and Tracking

Our systems produce weekly reports on the current status of all our referrals. Commissions are paid accordingly. We would be happy for you to perform regular audits on our premises and perform test calls as you see fit.

Typical Method of Referral

E-mail, fax. or mid-call transfer. Any other suitable methods of referral may be discussed.

Commissions

We do not have a fixed commission structure. In some cases we have a payment per lead arrangement. In other cases payments are a percentage of the clients’ first payment to us.
